Outside of work, I love exploring cities on foot, discovering their history and experiencing local food, art and culture.
How did you get involved in travel?
"My passion for travel began with family trips to Ireland and France, alongside exploring closer to home in Pembrokeshire. These experiences gave me an early appreciation for discovering new places and finding the unique character that makes each destination special. Over time, this has grown into a real love of exploring cities on foot, visiting museums and galleries, and discovering independently owned restaurants and cafés that offer a more authentic taste of local life. My experiences exploring Prague, Amsterdam, Paris, London and Barcelona have all deepened my curiosity about the world and the different stories each destination has to tell."
Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.
"One of my most memorable travel experiences was exploring Prague, particularly visiting Prague Castle and taking in the incredible views across the city’s red rooftops and historic streets. I also loved discovering the beautiful Strahov Library and wandering over to the Lennon Wall, which felt like a completely different side of the city. I loved how Prague brings together so much history, architecture and creativity, often just a short walk apart. It was one of those trips where simply exploring on foot and discovering places along the way made the experience so special."
