Hotel Reviews
Canterbury Cathedral Lodge
Canterbury

The only reason not rated a five star is the lack of AC. Perfect for cool / moderate weather. Outstanding location -- literally across the drive from the cathedral!!

Charming hotel and great location. No AC or lift is the ONLY reason for less than 5 star rating.

Thank you so much, Barbara, for such a lovely review. Iā€™m so happy to hear that the itinerary, accommodations and drivers all came together so well and that the trip exceeded your expectations šŸ˜

I also really appreciate your helpful notes about the lack of air conditioning and lifts at some of the historic properties. These older buildings are full of charm and character, but your feedback is very useful when matching them to the right season and traveller.

It was such a pleasure planning this journey for you, and thank you again for trusting me with it.

Warmly,
Kate
