An unforgettable French adventure thanks in large part to Caroline's efforts in setting up all our transfers, train trips and tours. We started in Paris where we visited many of the iconic sites... Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Versailles ,Le Louvre and many more. A quick side trip to Strasbourg where I met my wife (Pam) over 50 years ago! Afterwards we took the TGV train to Nice... thanks to Caroline for setting up the Acces Plus since Pam is in a wheelchair. The service is invaluable for people with mobility issues or disabilities. We were met by Gilles Bertrand our chauffer/guide in Nice... one of the best tour guides we've ever had anywhere in the world! After Nice we travelled to Aix-en-Provence and spent several days there visiting the quaint towns. Another comfortable train ride from Marseille to Bordeaux where we spent 3 days sightseeing and visiting several chateaus in Medoc and St. Julien. The last leg was a comfortable train ride back to Paris. A trip of a lifetime.

Caroline our specialist was always knowledgeable, available, helpful and kind. I was unable to make the trip because my cat became quite ill a couple of days before our departure. Caroline helped my husband have an enjoyable trip on his own and we appreciate her. I learned a lot even though I couldn’t travel. I can now use What’s App and Google Translate and Instagram. My wife worked with Caroline for months before our planned trip to Switzerland in October. Caroline was very good about getting all the hotels, trains, drivers set up and vouchers and tickets for when we’d need them. Months before our trip she would check in with new developments or we would write her with questions and possibilities for changing the itinerary. She made every effort to make our trip unique and specific to what we were looking for.
As we got closer to leaving, we got more frequent up dates and developments. She sent us PDFs of everything we needed, vouchers, tickets, etc. and an amended itinerary.
Then, literally, the weekend before our trip our old Siamese cat became sick. My wife felt she could not leave our sick cat with a cat sitter. Caroline notified all the entities that would be affected and managed to recoup some of the charges that had already been set up.
She let them know that I would be traveling alone and would not need two rooms, seats, tickets, etc. She also let me know that she would be available anytime (night or day) for a phone call if I need assistance.
Midway through the trip I started getting confused about which trains needed tickets and which ones needed the Swiss Travel Pass. I contacted her…. And she wrote back listing everything coming up and what I could expect and what I needed each time in a check off fashion. It was very helpful to have a simple list and not be flipping through vouchers or reading the itinerary to see if I had missed something.
There were many different trains and a need to switch between them at times to take a different train and/or direction.
Juggling platforms and finding the right cars was challenging when not speaking German, but Caroline’s instructions made it much easier.
We have nothing but good things to say about Caroline as she went way beyond the necessary to provide for excellent care for any contingencies that could come up on the trip. She also checked in regularly with my wife as to how she and our sick cat were doing. Kudos to Caroline, travel agent extrodiaire.

Caroline did an amazing job throwing this grip together last minute for me. I (in pure Steven-fashion) waited until the last minute to book for Oktoberfest. Literally - everything went off perfectly. Can't recommend Caroline enough!

Our trip planner, Caroline, was fantastic to work with! She was patient, responsive and recommended fabulous experiences. She found amazing local guides and tours. The Last Supper was incredible to see during our fabulous Milan City Tour with guide Lara. Our favorite day at Lake Como was a guided hike with lovely and knowledgeable Maria ended with a picnic high in the mountains overlooking the Lake. Taking the Bernina express through the Alps gave us hours of magical beauty. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Neuschwanstein castle that was lead by a local boy, Alessandro, who was amazing and enjoyable to be with. And finally we ended the trip in Munich to enjoy OctoberFest and a few major WWII sites. Incredible and memorable trip! Thanks to Caroline and the KimKim team!

As we arrived at the top of Mt Rigi, the fog arrived and shrouded the entire mountain. In spite of that we enjoyed taking a ferry across the Lake and riding the cogwheel tram to the top. We enjoyed the company of a new friend on the journey.

We planned our trip only 2 weeks ahead, and Caroline and the Kimkim team got right on the task and made sure we were satisfied at every stage. She was very easy to work with and — I hesitate to disclose this —she was more than willing to communicate at off hours and on weekends. Ultimately, we were able to book the trip with confidence that we were going to be able to stay where we wanted and follow an itinerary that suited our traveling style. “Modern” rooms in newer wing comfortable and quiet with balcony looking into quiet yard. junior suite was a little small than suggested by “suite” but modern comforts like a/c and stall shower made up for it. Quiet section of hotel, too. Overall very convenient location to train and middle of town but not in the thick of it. Breakfast buffet was the low point of the hotel. — plenty of selection but very middle range quality. You could also a l carte things like hot egg dishes but this was only after we asked. They make no effort to let you know.

E bikes seemed good quality and were really easy to operate. Guide was super approachable and informed. Scenery spectacular. The visit to trummelbach definitely made the tour more special.

Caroline was highly responsive and gave us outstanding service leading up to trip and helped with a couple issues that popped up while we were traveling. Her suggestions for activities were on target for us and the logistics were spot on especially use of Swiss trains. All our accommodations met our needs except our hotel in Grindelwald. Unfortunately it was too late to make a change once we let her know. We would use her again if we come back to the region.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to do any of the activities because the lines were just so long but we hiked to Bachalpsee lake which was the most incredible hike I’ve ever been on. This was an incredible experience seeing the Matterhorn in person! We took the train up and sat on the right side to get the best views! Once we got up to the top we took the train a stop down to get to the reflecting lake which was incredible. From there we hiked all the way back down to Zermatt.

We really enjoyed this experience. I wasn’t too sure about it when it was booked but I am so so glad we ended up doing it. I’m not the biggest fan of fondue but this fondue was very good but the experience is what made it so memorable! The gondola was such a cozy vibe and the view of the mountains was beautiful. We got lucky and it rained when we were there so it was even cozier!

Did 8 day London to Paris trip with family of 4. Agency had arranged pick up from airport to hotel, which was nice that I did not have to worry about taxis scams. Hotels chosen were the Cumberland in London and Paris art hotel in Paris. Both were in the busy parts of town, which was what we asked for. Our activities were tailored to what we wanted. We did Tea bus tour, London eye, Tower London, Webmeister Abby and Madame Tussauds wax museum. It was nice to not to worry about getting ticket, making sure they are not sold out, how to buy, etc, as this was all taken care of for us.
Eurostar train to Paris was great and highly recommend, easier than plane.
In Paris we did Disneyland, Eiffel Tower, Cruise on Seine river, Louvre, and Notre dame. Had Sebastian as a tour guide for family friendly guided tour of Louvre was great, highly recommended if bringing young children. Again, didn't stress over tickets or times as Caroline, our travel agent, took care of this for us.

This is smaller hotel, more private and intimate. In a wonderful location in Latin Quarter, easy to find food and shopping. Staff was wonderful and friendly, but also helpful with anything we needed. Had a hair drier that failed and immediately replaced. Room cleaned in timely fashion. Did not have rooms that connected and had only 1 bed rooms but they accommodated us well.

Our trip to Zurich, Interlaken and Lucerne was amazing!! Our specialist, Caroline, was outstanding from the first time we made contact with her, to staying in touch with us during the planning of the trip, to being there for us during the trip and folllowing up with us after we returned home.
