Beautiful room. Very convenient to everything. Very walkable to most attractions and close the bridge.

Beautiful location. Great view of the mountains from the large room. Loved the patio. It was really expensive tho, the restaurant was sooo expensive and not that good honestly. The fondue was not something I would redo.

Beautiful historic hotel. The room was big and had nice furnishings. Really close to the amenities.

Weird room. Had a shower with glass walls that looked into the bedroom. Kinda like being on TV display for anyone in the bedroom or other parts of the room. The air conditioning did not work well. Nice to have coffee and tea available in the room. Had a nice area with a desk. It was quite a walk from the train station. We took a hotel van to the airport to avoid that walk again. We were not told the hotel "shuttle" would cost us $80, and were surprised to find that out at the airport by the driver who asked us to pay him.

Absolutely loved this adventure. It was perfect. Beautiful, fun and engaging. Our guide, George, was perfect.

This was a great tour! We really enjoyed the beautiful lake. The guides were fun and engaging. We were provided wetsuits to wear over our shorts. The water was COLD! It was September and perfect weather, but the water is fed from a glacier so.... At first I had no intention of getting in the water, but I am sooo glad I did. I mean, when are you giong to be able to do this again!

This was a beautiful train ride. The train car was comfortable and we could see everything well. We were happy to have the priority boarding tickets as there were lots of people clamoring to get the best seats. The train stopped along the way so you could get off and check things out then continue.

This is a MUST HAVE! Worked perfectly. We were able to get on any train, bus or boat with this pass. We only had to show our pass a few times. We took trains in Italy and had to be on time for the train we paid for. Very stressful. This Swiss Pass allowed for you to take whatever train fit your schedule. So if you missed one train, simply wait for the next one. It was GREAT to have the pass in our KimKim app. So convenient and easy. The trains are very punctual. We had one train that needed to have some kind of repair and we had to change trains only one time.

This was neat, but not a must-do. The little gondola was super cute and it was fun to be out there all by ourselves in the little thing. The fondue was just okay. Staff was slow to provide service.

Super fun experience. We loved being the only ones on the tour. The guide was great and very knowledgeable local.

Our guide, I think his name was Achim was great. There was a lot to cover and sometimes he moved a little fast but all in all I would not hesitate to recommend him. He gave us so much information, I thought I knew a bit on the subject of concentration camps but there was much I didn't know. The day was very warm and we were in the sun a lot so that was a bit uncomfortable, but you can't control the weather. I felt that Achim was passionate about the subject and wanted us to learn as much as we could. I highly recommend!

Our guide (I forgot her name) was really good and passionate about Oktoberfest, We learned the history behind it and how the festival has evolved over the years. We also learned how they get ready for the fest and about the buildings they put up and take down every year. The tent experience itself was less than perfect. It was 84 degrees when we were there and we were packed in like sardines. I saw other areas in the tent that people were not that crowded in that looked much more comfortable. This is not the guides fault, it is the tour company that has an area they are putting us in. It was so hot and crowded at our table it was hard to enjoy yourself. After our chicken (which was delicious) we left and went to another tent by ourselves that was much more comfortable and the tables not as crowded.

It was a pleasant bus ride out there and our guide Jeremy was very informative and fun. We had some time before and after the castle tour to get something to eat and shop. Upon Jeremy's advise we took the tram instead of walking the whole way and were glad we did. Even taking the tram you are doing a lot of uphill and downhill walking. And in the castle you are going up and down circular staircases.

Perfect location. 1/2 block to se the Oktoberfest parade. Nice restaurants within very easy walking distance. Safe walk to the Oktoberfest grounds.

Candy in the lobby! Outdoor patio seating. Close to a great local pizza place and an Asian restaurant.

On-site laundry was not convenient nor easy to use, which is why we stayed here. Breakfast was a 5 minute walk across busy streets. Staff was not helpful nor very friendly. Our bed was up against a wall. Close to great restaurants and the train station.

Close to everything we wanted to see-Charles Bridge, the Prague Castle, the river and good restaurants.

Paulo was great. Even though he wasn’t technically a tour guide, he performed like one! Took us to several wonderful places. Very cordial and accommodating.

We loved this tour! Man Fred was amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly and funny! Excellent wine and lunch.

Werner gave a great tour and history. Fun guy. We enjoyed Oktoberfest-the beer, the vibe, the music, the wait staff.

A bit scary bike ride through town-lots of traffic, no helmets, but loved our guide.

Very much appreciated a 9:30 entrance as the crowds later were too much!

Go early! A bit confusing on what our ticket covered, cost of audio. Recommend a local tour guide to get more of the local history perspective.

We got Miriam again for this activity, which made the entire experience amazing! Great beer and onion soup. She customized our time with her. Skipped the 2nd brewery and walked the momentary neighborhood. She then took us back to the Prague Castle for a tour of the cathedral (our ticket was good on the 2nd day since we had not been able to tour then cathedral the day prior).

Great hosts. Such a fun activity!

Amazing event. Orchestra, ballet and opera all in one evening. Amazing evening!

No access to the inside of the castle so we did not rate this event as memorable.

Wow. The history here was so impactful. Our guide, Nick, was incredible passionate and knowledgeable.

We found the hotel to be a good location. The room and breakfast service was excellent. We appreciated the quiet streets around the hotel. The evening reception was pleasant.

We could have probably done half day vs full day and been fine.

The opportunity to go to the altitude right next to the Matterhorn made it feel like I could reach out and touch it! And the technology in the gondola and lift systems was superior!!!! The Swiss are so smart!!!!

This day as a self guided activity was so fun. Navigating the paddlewheel boat schedule, riding the cogwheel train, leisurely spending time at the top of Mt Rigi and listening to the self guided QR plaques, and finding a local pizza place in Vitznau built our travel confidence.

Location close to Lake Geneva is nice. No elevator access at street/lobby level. We were stuck in a room with a view of neighbors' laundry.

Room was a bit small and cramped, but we enjoyed the balcony. Cannot enter the lobby without pulling luggage up stairs. Getting from the train station to the hotel was arduous with luggage.

Amazing view of the Matterhorn from our room. The rooms, the amenities were all first-rate.

Location is central, but access is hard. Wish we had known there was a shuttle available from the station. Reception is up a flight of stairs from the entrance, or you have to know to enter through the lower-level restaurant to access the elevator.

Tricky to find, rooms are small. Awkward entrance porch. It is convenient to the incline up to the train station. Close enough to the lakefront to make the walk enjoyable.

Showing its age, but the location is excellent. A bit of a maze to reach our room, but a beautiful view of the Eiger.

Good proximity to train station. Room was so small there was no place for luggage. Adjacent construction and road work did not help conditions.

A good experience. The best fondue we had on the whole trip. Truly enjoyed Geneva Old Town.

Enjoyed seeing and learning about the barrels. The "tour" and demonstration were completed in a short time. Maybe not the best experience for a party of two. Other, larger groups seemed to get more attention/activities.

Loved the location, the experience and the people. They did not speak English and we did not speak Italian, but we made it work. The meal was outstanding, one of our best.

The only negative was the weather. Worst day of the trip, there was no visibility at the top. The Discovery tour was excellent in the mountain, walking inside the glacier was awesome.

We enjoyed the presentation and the tour. The stories and history were excellent.
